At Little Riot we want you to be delighted when you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

REFUND POLICY
 

You can return goods to us within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. Products must also remain within their original cellophane wrapping. To return an item please contact returns@littleriot.com. 

Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation. 

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete, including the original cellophane wrapping. 
 

Return Costs 

Little Riot will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. For all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products not in their cellophane (unless faulty) are returned at the buyer's cost. 
 

IF your item is faulty

If your products are faulty upon receipt we will refund or replace them. Faults must be documented within 30 days and reported within six months of receipt. 

Return an item

To return an item to us, please contact us at returns@littleriot.com stating your order number. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation number and a return mailing address.
